Kennel Attendants:
Monitor play groups, provide exercise and care to individual dogs, perform cleaning and feeding.
Senior Kennel Attendants:
Oversee introductions of new dogs to play groups, organize arrival and departure of pets, maintain pet records, prepare meals and medications, participate in new hire training.
Front Desk:
In person and over the phone customer service, including new client acquisition, reservations/booking, maintaining client records, check-in and check-out.
Shift Supervisor:
Organizes staff and maintains quality standards. Administers medication and is responsible for maintaining health and safety standards on shift. Participates in new hire training. Responsible for documentation and client satisfaction on shift.
Pet Bather:
Prepares pets for pet groomer (washes and dries), performs a variety of grooming services from brush-outs to nail trims and ear cleaning.
Pet Groomer:
Completes all-breed, professional grooming services with a high level of attention to detail. Highest industry standards for safety and handling.
